Chicken marinated in Tikka spices served with mixed leaf, pineapple, and cucumber drizzled with mint yogurt.
Pate with Cumberland Sauce
Home made pork and liver pate with a red current and port sauce served with fingers of hot toast.
Wild Mushroom Brioches
Wild mushrooms and watercress cooked in cream, garlic and lemon juice served in a brioche.
Deep Fried Mushrooms
Closed cup mushrooms filled with Stilton cheese the deep-fried in batter served with a garlic dip.
Quail with Cranberry Sauce
Tiny Quails boned and filled with an apricot stuffing served with a cranberry and red wine sauce.
Scallops au Gratin
Scallops and sliced mushrooms arranged in a scallop shell covered in a wine and Mornay sauce.
Avocado and Prawns
Topped with a Marie Rose Sauce served with triangles of wholemeal bread.

Honeyed Tarragon Chicken Salad
Chicken strips pan fried in garlic, tarragon and lemon sauce served hot with a honey and sesame seed dressing on a slice of toasted French bread.

Papaya and Prawn Salad
Finely chopped red chillies, lime juice, oil and honey blended together to make the sauce. Slices of papaya and prawns served together with the chilli sauce.

Chicken fillet sautéed in garlic butter and served with a wine and mushroom sauce.

Chicken fillet filled with home made pate covered in bacon then wrapped in puff pastry, served with a wholegrain mustard sauce.

Braised Lamb Shank
A generous hind shank braised in its own juices and thickened in a red wine sauce with rosemary.

Roast Pheasant
Served with game chips and red wine gravy.

Fillet Steak with a pepper crust served with a cream and brandy sauce.
